1. Introduction Terms and Conditions form the agreement between KB Digital Media (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the client (“you”, “your”). By booking a service or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

2. Services We provide branding, design, digital content creation, social media setup, and related services as agreed in writing before work begins. The exact scope, deliverables, and timescales will be confirmed in your proposal, quote, or invoice.

3. Payment non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking unless otherwise agreed. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work, before final files or access are released. All prices are in GBP and may be subject to change.

4. Cancellations and Refunds you cancel your project after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable. If significant progress has been made, additional fees may apply for work already completed. In the unlikely event we need to cancel, you’ll be refunded for any work not yet delivered.

5. Revisions and Approvals project includes a set number of revisions as stated in your package or proposal. Additional changes outside the agreed scope will be charged at our hourly rate. Once you approve final designs or content, any later changes will incur additional fees.

6. Deadlines and Client Responsibilities’ll agree on a timeline at the start of your project. To keep things on track, you’ll need to provide any requested information, images, or feedback by the agreed-upon dates. Delays in supplying these may move your completion date.

7. Intellectual Property Upon full payment, you’ll own the final approved designs and content created specifically for you. We retain the right to display any work for promotional purposes (for example, on our website or social media) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Digital ProductsTemplates, guides, or digital files provided as part of your package are for your own business use only and must not be resold, shared, or redistributed.

9. Liability We take great care to ensure the quality of our work, but we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our designs, templates, or materials once delivered. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it goes live.

10. Confidential information shared during your project will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

11. Digital Business Cards and Link Pages are part of our digital business card service; we may create a link page (such as a Linktree or similar) to connect your online platforms. The link page and its setup remain the property of KB Digital Media. You will have access to view and request updates to your links while your digital business card remains active. Updates and changes can be made by KB Digital Media for a minimal charge. If you choose to move away from KB Digital Media or discontinue your digital business card service, you are welcome to recreate the link page under your own account, but ownership of the original version and its hosting will remain with KB Digital Media.

12. Governing These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
